AKA The Plymouth Americano. Ours breaks the mold with the use of Hendricks, cucumber infused gin, a dash of dry vermouth, a splash of Aperol, then we fill it to the rim with bubbly! $10
Originally created by the head mixoligist at the Savoy hotel in 1903. Our version pays homage to the original mixture of Frenet Branca and sweet vermouth, but replaces the gin of the day with a superior local; Cardinal, barrel aged gin. $10
DARK AND STORMY
This classic cocktail was invented by bored English sailors and named for its swirl of ominous color that reminded them of a cloud no man with half a mind would sail under. Our version is updated with Bacardi Oakheart spiced rum, a bit of fresh squeezed lime and topped with ginger beer. $9
This play on the classic cocktail created by the author, Erskine Gwynne, and named for the famous Parisian magazine of the 20’s and 30’s, consists of locally crafted Rua whiskey and a dash of sweet vermouth. It picks up aromatic herbs from Aperol liqueur and has a tangy finish from spiced cherry bitters. $12
PINEAPPLE & PEPPER MARGARITA
This one is completely from the new school. We muddle red and yellow bell peppers with a touch of jalapeno, for a subtle piquantness, into a blend of fresh lime and pineapple juice. Then add a dash of simple syrup and pour a healthy dose of Casamigos Blanco Tequila. Nuff Said! $12
Locally made Bedlam vodka blends seamlessly with the citrus notes in Cointreau and fresh lemon juice. It’s lightly sweetened with simple syrup and gets a creamy finish from whipped egg white, a classic craft cocktail ingredient popular in mid-century clubs, bars and speakeasy’s. $10
